Ma’am and I went to O/our local dungeon recently in support of a mutual friend. While Ma’am and I were waiting for people to arrive W/we browsed the in-house store. Having seen a couple of items that interested Her on O/our last visit. Lady HotchKiss had decided that if they were still available that She would purchase them.
What W/we ended up with was a Dragon’s Tail and a Quirt. The Dragon’s Tail is loosely wrapped leather, suede or rubber attached to a handle. It is used by “flipping” the tail, think snapping a rolled up towel in the locker room or your local swimming pool when you were a kid. And you’ll get the idea how it works and its potential for painful contact.
The Quirt on the other hand is braided leather with a wrist loop and two tails on the other end. Originally used instead of a ridding crop when ridding a western style saddle.
Later in the evening Ma’am thought it would be a good idea to “test out” Her new toys. So W/we went into one of the smaller side rooms and after I disrobed and took my position against a St. Andrew’s Cross. Ma’am “practiced”.
Both the Dragon’s Tail and the Quirt have the ability to produce a very localized intense pain, accompanied by a satisfyingly loud crack. But the Quirt is also able to produce a sensation similar to a knife being run over the skin.
Both toys were thoroughly tested and approved. Ma’am seemed very pleased!
